Surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens and overlooking the sparkling Tyrrhenian Sea, Poseidon is more than just a spa; it's a sanctuary where you can unwind, reconnect with nature, and revitalize your senses. The thermal waters of Poseidon are naturally heated by the island's volcanic activity and are rich in minerals known for their healing properties. These waters have been used for centuries to treat various ailments, from arthritis and skin conditions to stress and fatigue. The park's design seamlessly blends with the natural landscape, creating a harmonious environment where you can immerse yourself in the therapeutic waters while enjoying breathtaking views. From the Roman bath-inspired pools to the Japanese-style onsen, Poseidon offers a diverse range of thermal experiences to suit every preference. At Poseidon, the primary activity is, of course, soaking in the thermal pools! Explore the different pools, each offering a unique temperature and mineral composition. Take a dip in the Kneipp pools, which alternate between hot and cold water to stimulate circulation. Relax on the beach, soak up the sun, and take a refreshing swim in the sea. Indulge in a massage or other spa treatment at the wellness center. The park also features several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a delicious meal or refreshing drink. The restaurants offer a variety of options, from light snacks to full-course meals, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Many dishes incorporate seafood and vegetables grown on the island.
