Transportation
From Città Bassa (Lower City), you can reach Città Alta by funicular (Viale Vittorio Emanuele). Alternatively, bus line 1 connects Città Bassa to Città Alta. If you're arriving by train, take bus line 1A from the Bergamo train station to the funicular station in Città Bassa.
