Transportation
From Knightstown, follow the signs for the Valentia Island Lighthouse at Cromwell Point. The drive takes approximately 10-15 minutes. There is ample parking available at the lighthouse. While there isn't a direct bus route to the lighthouse, you can take the local bus towards Chapeltown and then walk (approximately 45 minutes) to the lighthouse. The walk is scenic but can be challenging in inclement weather.
