Transportation
The Minaun Cliffs are located near Dugort village. The most convenient way to reach them is by car. From Achill Sound, follow the R319 towards Dugort. Continue past Dugort, following the signs for Minaun Heights. The road to the summit is narrow and winding, so drive with caution. Parking is available at the top. Bus Eireann route 440 serves Achill Island, but check the timetable for specific stops and frequency to Dugort. From Dugort, you would need to walk or cycle up the steep road to the cliffs, which is a significant distance.
