The Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012, bucking the trend of large-scale industrial production and returning to the roots of small-batch, handcrafted spirits. Inspired by the rich history of Irish distilling and the unique terroir of the Dingle Peninsula, the founders set out to create spirits that truly reflected the character of the region. They focused on using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and employing traditional methods to ensure the highest quality. A visit to the Dingle Distillery offers a variety of engaging activities. Take a guided tour to learn about the distilling process from grain to glass, witness the copper pot stills in action, and sample the distillery's signature spirits. Participate in a whiskey tasting to appreciate the nuances of different expressions, or browse the distillery shop for unique souvenirs and bottles to take home. The distillery also hosts special events and workshops throughout the year, providing even deeper insights into the world of Irish spirits.
