Neyyar Dam is approximately 32 km from Thiruvananthapuram. You can hire a taxi or take a bus from Thiruvananthapuram to reach the dam. Buses are available from the Thiruvananthapuram KSRTC bus stand towards Neyyattinkara. From Neyyattinkara, you can take another bus or an auto-rickshaw to Neyyar Dam.
