The nearest major town to Kodachadri is Kollur. From Kollur, you can hire a jeep to reach the base of Kodachadri. Buses are available from Shivamogga to Kollur. From Shivamogga bus stand, take a bus towards Kollur. From Kollur, hire a jeep to Nittur or Nagodi, the common starting points for the trek.
