From Kolkata, you can take a train to Krishnanagar City Junction, which is the nearest railway station to Mayapur. From Krishnanagar, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Mayapur. Alternatively, many tour operators offer direct bus services from Kolkata to Mayapur. Once in Mayapur, you can easily reach Yoga Pitha by auto-rickshaw or cycle-rickshaw.
