Transportation
The primary mode of transport to St. Mary's Island is by boat from Malpe harbor. Regular boat services are available throughout the day, especially during the tourist season (October to May). You can reach Malpe by bus or taxi from Udupi or Mangalore. From Udupi, buses frequently depart for Malpe. From Mangalore, you can take a bus to Udupi and then another bus to Malpe, or hire a taxi directly to Malpe.
