Transportation
Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary is located approximately 16 km from Sultan Bathery and is accessible by road. Buses ply between Sultan Bathery and other nearby towns, but you may need to hire a taxi or auto-rickshaw from Sultan Bathery to reach the sanctuary entrance. Private vehicles are allowed up to the entrance, but jeep safaris are the primary mode of transportation within the sanctuary.
