Transportation
The nearest major railway station is Tirupati (TPTY), approximately 60 km away. From Tirupati, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Bakarapeta, which is the base point for the trek to Talakona Waterfalls. Several buses operate from Tirupati to Bakarapeta. From Bakarapeta, you can hire a jeep or auto-rickshaw to reach the entrance of the falls. Be prepared for a short trek (around 2 km) from the entrance to the falls itself.
