Transportation
To reach Parrot Island, you'll first need to get to Baratang Island. This usually involves taking a bus from Port Blair to Nilambur Jetty (approx. 4-5 hours). From Nilambur Jetty, you'll take a ferry across to Baratang Island. Once on Baratang, you can hire a boat from the Baratang jetty to take you to Parrot Island. The boat ride takes approximately 30-45 minutes. It's best to book your boat trip in advance, especially during peak season.
