Transportation
Reaching Itanos is best done by car or taxi from Palaikastro. Buses connect Palaikastro with Sitia. From Sitia, you can take a bus towards Palaikastro. Check local bus schedules for accurate timings as they may be infrequent, especially outside of peak season.
