Transportation
Burg Plau is easily accessible by bus. From the Plau am See train station, take bus line 150 towards Malchow. Get off at the 'Plau, Burg' stop, which is directly in front of the castle. Alternatively, you can walk from the train station, which takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Follow the signs towards the town center and the lake. The castle is clearly visible from the lakefront.
