Transportation
You can reach Kranzbergsee by hiking from Mittenwald (allow approximately 1.5-2 hours). Alternatively, take the Kranzberg chairlift from Mittenwald. The chairlift station is located a short walk from the town center. Bus line 4 will take you to the Kranzbergbahn (chairlift) station.
