DASA Working World Exhibition Guide
DASA: Experience the World of Work in a Whole New Light! Guide
Welcome to DASA, the German Occupational Safety and Health Exhibition in Dortmund! More than just a museum, DASA is an interactive and engaging experience that explores the past, present, and future of the working world. Prepare to be surprised, challenged, and inspired as you delve into the fascinating world of labor, technology, and human well-being. It's a fantastic destination for families, students, and anyone curious about the forces that shape our daily lives. DASA's exhibits are designed to be hands-on and thought-provoking. You can operate heavy machinery simulators, explore the ergonomics of different workspaces, and learn about the impact of technology on various professions. The exhibition covers a wide range of topics, from the history of industrialization to the challenges of modern-day office environments. It also addresses important issues such as workplace safety, health, and the future of work in an increasingly automated world. Beyond the exhibits, DASA offers a variety of activities and events, including guided tours, workshops, and special programs for children. The museum also features a café and a shop where you can purchase souvenirs and books related to the world of work. While DASA doesn't have a specific culinary tradition tied to it, the café offers a selection of German and international dishes to fuel your exploration. It's a great place to grab a bite and reflect on everything you've learned.
