Transportation
Reaching Mont Ventoux is best done by car. From Vaison-la-Romaine, follow the D938 towards Malaucène, then continue on the D974 which leads to the summit. Be aware that the road can be closed during winter due to snow and ice. There are also organized cycling tours that provide transportation to the base of the mountain.
