Transportation

The easiest way to reach Ruissalo Island from Turku is by bus. Take bus number 8 from the Turku city center (Market Square or Aurakatu) directly to Ruissalo. The bus journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. During the summer months, you can also take a water bus from Turku to Ruissalo.
