Transportation
Monkey Jungle is located a short drive from Cabarete and Sosua. The easiest way to get there is by taxi or 'gua-gua' (local bus). If taking a gua-gua from Cabarete, look for buses heading towards Sosua or Puerto Plata and ask to be dropped off near Monkey Jungle. From the main road, you may need to walk a short distance or take a motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) to the entrance.
