Transportation
To reach the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge, take the bus from Puerto Viejo towards Manzanillo. The bus will take you to the village of Manzanillo, which is located within the refuge. From Manzanillo, you can explore the refuge on foot or by boat. The bus ride is approximately 45 minutes. You can also drive to Manzanillo, but be aware that the road can be rough in some sections. Taxis are also an option.
