You can negotiate a round-trip fare with a taxi driver in Riohacha. Alternatively, you can take a bus heading towards Maicao and ask to be dropped off at the entrance to Camarones. From there, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (mototaxi) to take you to the sanctuary entrance.
