While there are restaurants at the base of the mountain, the culinary offerings are geared towards tourists and may not be as authentic as those found in Lijiang or Tiger Leaping Gorge.
Transportation
The easiest way to reach Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is by taking a bus or taxi from Lijiang. Buses depart regularly from Lijiang Bus Station. Taxis are also readily available, but be sure to negotiate the fare beforehand. Many tour operators in Lijiang offer day trips to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which include transportation, entrance fees, and cable car tickets.
