Transportation
The most common way to reach Jiuzhaigou Valley is by flying to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport (JZH), which is about 88 kilometers (55 miles) from the valley entrance. From the airport, you can take a bus or taxi to Jiuzhaigou. Buses are available from major cities in Sichuan province, such as Chengdu. Once inside the park, environmentally friendly buses are available to transport visitors between the main attractions. Walking is also a great way to explore the valley, with well-maintained boardwalks and trails.
