Transportation
From Plaza Anibal Pinto, take the Ascensor Espiritu Santo up to Cerro Bellavista. The Open Air Museum is located throughout the neighborhood surrounding the top station of the funicular. Alternatively, you can walk uphill from Plaza Anibal Pinto, but be prepared for a steep climb.
