Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, try your hand at watersports, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shore, Playa Amarilla offers something for everyone. Concón itself is known as the "Gastronomic Capital of Chile," and Playa Amarilla is a prime location to experience the region's culinary delights. The beach is surrounded by restaurants and kiosks offering fresh seafood, traditional Chilean dishes, and refreshing beverages. Activities abound at Playa Amarilla. Sunbathing and swimming are, of course, popular choices. The waves are generally gentle, making it suitable for families with children. You can also rent kayaks or paddleboards to explore the coastline from a different perspective. For those seeking a more adventurous experience, surfing is possible at certain spots along the beach. And don't forget to indulge in the local cuisine! Be sure to try the "empanadas de mariscos" (seafood empanadas) or the "ceviche" (marinated raw fish) for a true taste of Concón.
