The two mountains were linked by the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola in 2008, creating a vast interconnected terrain. Over the years, Whistler Blackcomb has hosted numerous international events, including the 2010 Winter Olympics, solidifying its reputation as a premier destination. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, Whistler Blackcomb offers a plethora of activities. In winter, enjoy snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobiling, and even ziplining through the snowy forests. During the summer months, the mountains transform into a hiker's and biker's paradise, with trails for all abilities. Explore the alpine meadows, take a scenic gondola ride, or try your hand at mountain biking. The vibrant Whistler Village at the base of the mountains offers a wide array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.
