The Harbourfront Walkway is easily accessible on foot from downtown Nanaimo. It runs along the waterfront, connecting Maffeo Sutton Park to the north and the BC Ferries terminal to the south. Several bus routes serve the downtown area, including routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 91, 99. Get off at a stop near the waterfront and walk towards the harbor.
