Transportation
From the Pelourinho, you can take a taxi or Uber. Alternatively, take the Elevador Lacerda down to Comércio and then walk along the waterfront for about 15-20 minutes. Several buses also run along Avenida Lafayete Coutinho (Contorno Avenue) that stop near Solar do Unhão. Look for buses heading towards Comércio or Calçada.
