Transportation
Lubaantun is located a few miles northwest of San Pedro Columbia village. You can reach San Pedro Columbia by taking a bus from Punta Gorda. From San Pedro Columbia, you can hire a taxi or arrange transportation with a local guide to reach the Lubaantun archaeological site. The road to the site can be rough, so a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended.
