Getting to Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary typically involves a combination of transportation methods. From Maya Center Village, you can either walk the remaining distance to the park headquarters (approximately 7 miles) or arrange for a ride with a local guide. Public buses do not directly service the sanctuary.
