Transportation
Festungspark is located within the Kufstein Fortress. You can reach the fortress on foot from the city center (it's an uphill walk). Alternatively, you can take the Festungsbahn (fortress funicular) from the city center to the fortress entrance. Bus lines 1, 2, and 4 stop near the base of the fortress, from where you can either walk up or take the funicular.
