Transportation
The easiest way to reach Surf Beach is by car. From Melbourne, take the M1 freeway to the Bass Highway (A420) and follow the signs to Phillip Island. Once on the island, follow the signs to Surf Beach. Public transport options are limited. V/Line operates a bus service from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Cowes on Phillip Island. From Cowes, you would need to take a local bus or taxi to Surf Beach.
