The rocks are particularly stunning at sunrise and sunset, when the light casts a golden glow upon them. The Glasshouse Rocks are composed of ancient volcanic rock, formed millions of years ago. They hold significance for the local Aboriginal people, who have stories and traditions associated with the area. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities at Glasshouse Rocks. Take a walk along the beach and admire the rocks from different angles. Capture stunning photographs of the rocks, especially during sunrise or sunset. Explore the rock pools at low tide and discover the marine life that inhabits them. Swimming is possible at the adjacent beach, but be mindful of the conditions and potential currents.
