Originally inhabited by the Darkinjung people, the area was later settled by European farmers in the 19th century. The park itself is designed to minimize its impact on the environment, with a focus on sustainable practices and responsible tourism. At TreeTops Adventure, you can choose from a variety of courses, each designed to suit different skill levels. Before you start, you'll receive a safety briefing and be fitted with a harness and helmet. Then, it's time to climb, swing, and zip your way through the trees! After your adventure, relax and unwind at the on-site cafe, which offers a range of snacks and drinks. While Mangrove Mountain isn't particularly known for a specific culinary tradition, you can find delicious homemade pies and fresh produce at local farm gates and markets.
