Transportation
The easiest way to reach Arthurs Seat State Park is by car. There is ample parking available at the summit and at various points throughout the park. Public transport options are limited. You can take bus route 787 from Frankston Station to Dromana, then transfer to bus route 788 towards Portsea. Alight at Arthurs Seat Eagle stop. From there, it's a short walk to the summit.
