Transportation
Reaching CASLEO requires a bit of planning. The most common way is to travel to Barreal by bus from San Juan. From Barreal, you'll need to arrange transportation to the observatory, which is located about 30 kilometers away on a gravel road. Taxis or pre-booked tours are the best options. Consider renting a 4x4 vehicle if you plan to drive yourself, as the road can be challenging.
