Transportation
The Blue Eye is best reached by car or taxi from Sarande. **By Car/Taxi:** The drive from Sarande takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Follow the SH99 highway towards Gjirokaster. The turnoff for the Blue Eye is well-signposted. There is a parking area near the entrance. **By Bus:** While there isn't a direct bus to the Blue Eye, you can take a bus towards Gjirokaster and ask the driver to drop you off at the turnoff. From there, it's a 2km walk to the spring. This option is less convenient, especially in the heat.
